GACL Indo Mission 2024

Welcome to our Purwodadi Mission Trip 2024 blog!

After months of diligent fundraising, we finally headed out to serve the children of Purwodadi on September 22nd, 2024. With the generous support of our community, we raised slightly over $7,000, which we converted into Rp73,752,071 to directly impact the lives of these young people.

Our primary goal was to provide essential necessities and support their educational pursuits. We replaced worn-out mattresses, repaired their home, and covered their tuition fees.

However, what truly enriched our experience was the unexpected spiritual and personal growth we gained from these incredible children. Our team learned valuable lessons about resilience, gratitude, and the power of faith. Living in modest conditions, sharing limited resources, and working together towards a common goal forged unbreakable bonds that will last a lifetime.

This mission wasn’t just about giving; it was about receiving. We were reminded that true happiness lies in serving others just like Jesus did.
